We have the responsibility to protect each client and provide you the best service available. The following guidelines were designed to insure we accomplish this. Digital Bard Productions and Alehouse Designs are the sole arbiters as to what constitutes a violation of these provisions.
Content:
All services provided by Alehouse Designs and associates may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage,
or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States Federal, State or City law is
prohibited. this includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene,
or material protected by trade secret and/or other statue. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Digital
Bard Productions & Alehouse Designs and associates from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages
the subscriber or any other party.
Commitment requirements on special features:
Alehouse Designs web hosting does not require a commitment from customers. They may close their accounts at any time
without penalty.
Setup Fees:
All setup fees are non-refundable.
Pornography Content:
Pornography and sex-related merchandising are prohibited on all servers. This includes sites that may infer sexual
content or link to adult content elsewhere. This is also true for sites that promote any illegal activity or content
that may be damaging to our servers or any other server on the internet. Links to such materials, sites, or content
are also prohibited. We reserve the right to determine what violates this policy.
If you are found to be in violation or are suspected of being in violation of this policy, we will immediately,
without warning, disable your domain and contact you about the action taken.
Bulk Email:
Sites promoting non solicited bulk email commonly termed "Spam" are not allowed.
Non-acceptable content or links:
Pirated software, Hackers programs or archives, Warez Sites, Irc, Bots, Eggdrops and Mp3's are not allowed.
Traffic Guidelines:
In a effort to give our customers the best possible service and performance the following guidelines apply:
CGI - System resources:
You are allowed to freely install cgi applications, but because of the negative nature of some scripts (very few),
we reserve the right to disable any program or script that adversely effect normal server operations. We will
contact you if there is a script that is causing problems.
Chat Rooms:
We do not allow clients to install their own chat rooms.
IRC:
We currently do not allow IRC or IRC bots to be operated on our servers.
Commercial Advertising, E-Mail:
Our servers may not be the source, intermediary, or destination address involved in the transmission of spam, flames,
or mail bombs. Your domain may not be referenced as originator, intermediary, or reply-to address in any of the above.
Advertising sites on other servers which in turn contain links to a domain on our servers is prohibited. We consider
spam any mass unsolicited message in the mediums of Newsgroups and Email. If you are found to have spammed, then we
will immediately, without warning, disable your domain. In addition, we will impose a $100 penalty for each spam policy
serve the right to refuse or cancel service to known spammers. Lastly, we reserve the right to determine what violates
this policy.
As such, any violation will result in immediate deactivation of services without refund.
Server Abuse:
Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to Alehouse Designs or associate servers is strictly prohibited.
All Sub-Networks of Alehouse Designs or associate Sub-Network and dedicated servers must adhere to the above policies.
Any portion of this policy that is not followed will result in grounds for account deactivation. We reserve the right
to disable any account that is under investigation or is being considered for investigation. Digital Bard Productions
and Alehouse Designs are the sole arbiters as to what constitutes a violation of our policy.

portion of your browser window, then your site is secured through Secure Sockets Layer. We always use industry-standard
